Map of The Cullanain

I have my twin sister to thank for the above artwork. Normally a fashion designer, she took on the challenge of turning my hand drawn (badly) map into something I think is rather beautiful.

I do have a strange fascination with old maps, I must confess. Perhaps that’s why when this story first started to percolate in my mind, one of the first things I did was draw a map. Of that map, the above is but an extract. It’s a big old world, and the continent of The Cullanain is but only the beginning.
